Kinesiology is the study of human movement and the mechanics of body function. Kinesiologists apply principles from biomechanics, anatomy, physiology, and neuroscience to help improve physical performance, manage injuries, and promote overall health.

Kinesiologists assess movement patterns, design exercise programs, and provide education on injury prevention and healthy lifestyle choices. Often Kinesiologists work alongside other healthcare professionals to support rehabilitation and recovery from injuries or surgeries.

Our Kinesiologists aim to improve quality of life by applying evidence-based strategies tailored to your individual needs. This is especially great for those ICBC clients that have been injured and need to strengthen damage muscles and help postural related issues.

Treatment may involve therapeutic exercise, stretching, strength training, and manual therapy to optimize function and promote wellness. Patients can expect personalized exercise plans to enhance movement, improve athletic performance and reduce the risk of injury.
